Mark emails as "Unread"

There are two ways to “Mark as unread” an email.

Option 1 – From the Mailbox overview

1. Click "Mailbox" on the left menu > Hover over the top right corner of the email you want to “Mark as unread”.

2. Click the mail icon to “Mark as unread”.

Option 2 – From inside an email

1. Click "Mailbox" on the left menu > Click the email you want to “Mark as unread”.

2. Click the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the email thread.

3. Click “Mark as unread” from the drop-down menu.


Filtering your mailbox by unread messages

The unread filter helps you quickly find messages you have not opened yet.

By default, you will see all messages, read and unread. To filter, open your Inbox, select the All dropdown, and choose Unread to show new messages only.
