When you sign up for Recruitee, you get a personal email address and a shared mailbox in Recruitee.
This is your default option for emailing candidates.
Candidates will see your Recruitee email address when you send emails from Recruitee.
The emails between you and candidates are stored in the Recruitee Mailbox.
All emails in the mailbox are visible to your team members whose hiring roles allow View section in Mailbox. If you want to keep certain emails private, read more here.
Check your Recruitee email address
1. Click Settings on the left menu.
2. Under My account, click Profile.
3. Click the Email Settings tab.
4. Under the Email provider section, your Recruitee email address is in your Recruitee email tab.
Change your Recruitee email address
1. Click Settings on the left menu.
2. Under My account, click Profile.
3. Click the Email Settings tab.
4. Under the Email provider section, click the Edit button in the Recruitee email tab.
5. Type your new email address.
4. Click Update.
NOTE: If candidates send emails to your old Recruitee email address, those emails will be forwarded to your new Recruitee email address automatically.
