Post your jobs to job boards
Updated over a month ago

With just a few clicks, Recruitee allows you to submit your already published jobs to job boards.

In this article:

Auto-posting

By default, Recruitee automatically sends any published job to Indeed and Google for Jobs.

To check if auto-posting is enabled in your account, go to Marketplace > Categories > Job advertising and click Setting next to Indeed.

💡To disable auto-posting for your jobs, please reach out to our support team via the chat.

Promoting jobs manually

After your job is published you can start promoting it.

1. Go to the job you would like to promote and and open the Promote tab

2. Submit your jobs to recommended job boards by clicking Submit next to the job board. To see more job board options, including auto-postings, i.e. Google for Jobs and Indeed, click Show all.

You can also submit jobs to job boards in bulk.

3. Some job boards require authorization. Select credentials and click Publish.

Note: After submitting a job to a job board, it may take up to 2 days for the job to get published. Also, job boards have their own publication requirements which may be different for each board.

💡When multiple locations are added to your job, the majority of job boards will show a separate job posting for each location. If job boards are available in specific countries (e.g. ArbeitNow for Germany), only job postings that passed the validation are sent.

If your job posting lacks certain elements, it can result in its rejection from the job boards. Learn what to do when your job posting is rejected.

Re-submit jobs

Job boards tend to allow jobs to be present for approximately one month. You may wish to re-submit your job to the job boards in order to ensure visibility and gain more candidates.

You can do it either by clicking re-submit button manually or you can try enabling the toggle under Job boards settings, so we can do it automatically for you:

Unpublishing jobs

You can withdraw jobs from publication by clicking the “Withdraw” button.

📌 It is not possible to withdraw individual jobs from Google for Jobs.
