Are you trying to find a candidate in your database but it seems that the profile has been deleted accidentally? Candidate profiles can be restored up to seven days after their deletion.

Recently deleted candidates can be restored from within the candidates section by someone with High level data access, so an administrator in the account.

1. Go to the candidates section and select the Recently deleted filter on the left.

2. Select the candidate profile you would like to restore or select several candidate profiles by checking the checkmarks next to them.

3. Click Restore.

If you happen to access a candidate that was recently deleted via a direct link to their profile, an administrator in the account can also restore the candidate directly from that link.
