✨ Manually translating job postings can be slow and tedious. Use AI to generate translations instantly, saving time and effort.
⚠️ Before translating your jobs, ensure your company account has multiple languages enabled.
Primary language
When creating a new job, you must choose a primary language. You can always change it later in Manage languages.
What is the role of the primary language?
Job board promotion — the primary language determines the language used to promote job postings on job boards.
Fallback language — if there is any untranslated content, it will appear in the primary language on your careers site.
Note:
You can only set a language as primary once you have translated all elements.
To remove a primary language, you must first select a new one.

How to write a good AI translation prompt
Creating a good prompt is key to accurate AI translations. You can get better results by refining your request. Here are some tips:
Be clear and specific. If your job posting uses industry terms, specify that in the prompt. For example, “Translate this job posting while keeping technical terms in English.”
Adjust the tone. Ensure translations match your company’s voice and intended audience. For example, “Translate this job in a professional and engaging tone suitable for corporate hiring.”
Include localization preferences. Some words or phrases may mean different things in different regions. Guide AI to ensure accuracy. For example: “Translate into Spanish, keeping in mind European Spanish conventions.”
Keep it simple. Use straightforward language to instruct AI.
