1. Click Talent Pools in the menu on the left.

2. Select the talent pool where you want to search candidates.

3. Click the Filters tab.

Here you can choose and combine different search filters. Read more: Search with filters

4. What you can also do is selecting the candidates you've found and performing Bulk Actions.
