The new ‘Promote’ tab will bring all your job promotion and candidate sourcing options together in one place. You’ll have access to everything from basic job boards and paid channels to your own resources like talent pools.
In addition to promotion methods, we've enhanced sourcing by making it easier to track the source of applicants. You can use trackable links to see exactly where your candidates are coming from—each applicant will have their source tagged on their profile.
