We're excited to share that starting today, we've got some updates that make it quicker and easier to get quality candidates into your pipeline!

Promotion and sourcing in one place

The new ‘Promote’ tab brings all your job promotion and candidate sourcing options together in one place. You now have access to everything from basic job boards and paid channels to your own resources like talent pools.

In addition to promotion methods, we've enhanced sourcing by making it easier to track the source of applicants. You can use trackable links to see exactly where your candidates are coming from.

Improved job board posting

You’ll notice a significant improvement in how you post to job boards, with the following updates:

  • Pre-posting checks: Recruitee will automatically verify that all necessary details are complete before you post.

  • Smart recommendations: Receive tailored job board suggestions based on your job’s specifics.

  • Bulk posting: Easily post to multiple boards with a single action.

  • Clear status updates: Track your postings with clear notifications, including submission and failure statuses.

  • More context - Job boards come with more information to each, such as a short description and price.

Improved campaign creation flow

There are now fewer steps in the process – you can select campaigns right away and focus on details later, with no need to duplicate info; plus, we’ve refreshed the UI across the jobs module, making it consistent.

Better still – Recruitee will suggest campaigns based on job details (like location and category), with most info pre-filled. You just review and confirm before purchasing!
