This summer, we’re thrilled to bring you a host of exciting updates designed to make your experience even better. Whether you’re out of the office enjoying the sunshine or managing candidates on the go, our latest features have you covered.

You can now easily set up your out-of-office messages. Go to your profile settings to turn on the OOO message option and customize it to fit your needs — from specific dates to personalized text.

Plus, if you have a connected mailbox like Gmail, Recruitee will remind you to double-check your OOO messages to avoid duplication. Stay professional, even when you’re away!

Do you need to share several candidates simultaneously with a hiring manager? Or quickly get feedback on candidates in the same stage? Now, you can share multiple candidates at once.

Go to the job pipeline and select the candidates you want to share. You can also select all candidates in a particular stage. From the More menu, select the “Share” option. Then, choose the team members with whom you want to share the candidates.

Candidate management just got easier on the go! With our new update, you can now share CVs directly to Recruitee from any application.

Select Recruitee in the Share sheet, and the Add Candidate form will open with the candidate data pre-filled from the CV. This means faster, more efficient candidate management right from your mobile device.
