How can I clear my browser's cache?

Google Chrome (Source)

  • In the top right corner, click More

    More

    and select Delete browsing data from the menu.

  • Select a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  • Deselect all options, except Cached images and files

  • Click Delete data.

Microsoft Edge (Source)

  • In the top right corner, click More

    and select Delete browsing data

  • Under Time range, choose a time range from the drop-down menu.

  • Deselect other browsing data types, except Cached images and files
    Check out the description for each data type here (link).

  • Select Clear now.

Mozilla Firefox (Source)

  • In the top right corner, click the Menu

    > Preferences > Privacy & Security.

  • In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data…

  • Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data

  • With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

  • Close the "about:preferences" page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

Safari (Source)

  • Method 1

    • In the top left corner, click Safari > Settings

    • Select the Advanced tab, then check the box next to Show features for web developers.

    • Close the settings and in the top menu bar select Develop -> Empty Caches.

  • Method 2: Deletes everything relating to a website you've visited (Cache, cookies, and any other related data)

    • In the top left corner, click Safari > Settings

    • Select the Privacy tab > Manage Website Data.

    • Select a website that is listed, then click Remove.

    • Alternatively, you can click Remove all to clear all cache.


How to get in touch with customer support team?

To initiate a conversation with Tellent Recruitee’s customer support team:

  1. Log into your Tellent Recruitee account.

  2. Navigate to the top right corner and click on the “?” icon

  3. Then, click on Messages > Send us a message

You can also reach out to us while browsing the Help Center - just click on the purple icon in the bottom right corner, then switch to the Messages tab and click on 'Send us a message'.

Tellent Recruitee is running slow, or not working. How can I fix that?

When Tellent Recruitee is running slow, or not working at all, please check our status page for any current outages: https://status.recruitee.com/
You can also stay updated on any outages by subscribing to our status page to receive notifications of all incidents.

If there are no active outages at the time, please try the following:

1. Open Tellent Recruitee in another browser to see if the problems persist.

2. Open an Incognito/Private window in your browser. If your experience improves, the issue could be related to your browser cache and cookies. You can try to clear your browser cache and cookies.

3. Decreased performance could also be related to the device you are using. Please try to open Tellent Recruitee on another device, or confirm with your colleagues whether the issue also occurs on their end.

4. Make sure your internet connection is stable.


If you and your colleagues are still experiencing issues with Tellent Recruitee performance, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.


How can I opt out of receiving Tellent Recruitee emails?

Located at the footer of every email sent from Tellent Recruitee, you'll find a link to update your notification settings. If you no longer wish to receive emails from Tellent Recruitee, please navigate to these settings and disable all email notifications.


Is it possible to receive email alerts about Tellent Recruitee outages?

Yes, you can stay updated on any outages by subscribing to our status page: https://status.recruitee.com/

Just click on 'Subscribe to updates' and select the way you'd like to be notified.


How can I find the company ID (which can be used for API)?

You can find the company id in Tellent Recruitee by accessing the Company Settings. Your company ID is available under 'Company details' and you can copy it with one click.

Alternatively, you can access the Personal API tokens section in Settings to find the company ID listed there.


Is it possible to have a sandbox account for testing purposes?

Yes, sandbox environments are available to our Optimize customers. Please reach out to your dedicated CSM in case you'd wish to set up a sandbox account.

We are on the Optimize plan, or have purchased the SSO add-on, how do we enable SSO?

If you'd like to enable SSO for your company, please review the information in the Single sign-on (SSO) Overview Help Center article.

You can find the guidelines on configuring the currently supported SSO providers in the related articles here:

- Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Microsoft Azure Active Directory)

Please keep in mind:

- All logged-in users will be logged out of Recruitee after SSO was activated.

- Users won't be able to log in with their old Recruitee login credentials after SSO was activated.


Is it possible to provide feedback about the Tellent Recruitee product? How can I reach the product team?

We base most new features and updates on improvement requests submitted by our customers, so your feedback is always valued.

Any and all feedback can be shared by our customers via a Support chat, or directly through our Product Feature Roadmap. You can also search for existing posts and give upvotes, if the same improvement was already proposed by someone else.

What happens next after a feedback idea is raised:

  • The feature will be discussed internally, and if we feel it will help enough users, it will be considered as a future addition.

  • We cannot give you an exact time frame for when a certain feature would be available, but you can keep an eye on our Roadmap for updates.

  • By adding your feedback directly to the board, it goes straight to the development team!

Can I receive a training to learn more about Tellent Recruitee?
