With Recruitee, you can post a Job to multiple job boards with only a few quick clicks. Once you've created a Job and added your team you'll want to get your Job in front of the right talent and beyond your Careers Site.
All you have to do is click the 'Promote' tab on the top menu of your Job. Select the free job boards where you want to promote your job and we'll take care of the rest.
Keep in mind that free job posting can take up to 24 hours for your job opening to appear on the chosen job board(s).
If you want to post a Job on premium (paid) job boards, you can start a new job promotion campaign where we will recommend the best channels for posting your job.
Premium job posts are manually checked by our partner networks to ensure quality, and therefore, it can take up to 2 working days for your campaign to be approved after payment.
What if you also want to promote your Job on social media? Click the “Share” button on the top right menu of your Job. Then under “Share Job on social media,” select the social media platform where you’d like to share your Job.
The email address under “Import candidates by sending CVs to..” can be used if a candidate sends their resume/CV to an email address outside of Recruitee. You can forwarded their CV to this email address. The system will try to automatically parse the resume’s information into a candidate profile in your Recruitee account.
If CVs are forwarded to "Company inbox" or "Job inboxes" but are not parsed, you can convert those emails into candidate profiles from the "Non-Candidates" folder. More about this can be found here - Convert emails to candidate profiles.
