Overview
Buy Now, Pay Later lets eligible customers purchase ad campaigns and settle the cost through their regular monthly invoice, instead of paying upfront by card, iDEAL, or SEPA Direct Debit. It's designed for teams who prefer to consolidate spend and pay on invoice terms.
This feature is currently in Beta. Availability, limits, and screens may change before general release.
Who can use it
Buy Now, Pay Later is available to a limited group of customers during the beta.
How it works
1. Start a campaign purchase
Build your ad campaign as usual. When you reach the payment step, select Invoice now, pay later as your payment method.
You can use this method up to 3 times, with a limit of 1500 Euros. You will see a warning that the campaign you are trying to purchase is over your limit. To launch it, you can select a different payment method or settle one of the campaign invoices.
2. Confirm and launch
Review the campaign summary and confirm. Your campaign launches immediately, there's no upfront charge to your card or bank account. Simply click Accept the terms and Confirm and Purchase and your order is placed. This will immediately trigger the campaign invoice.
3. Receive your invoice
Within your campaign order summary, you will get a banner redirecting to the billing section. You can download the invoice straight from the order Summary.
The campaign cost is added as a line item on your next monthly invoice, along with the associated campaign ID so you can match charges back to individual campaigns for reconciliation.
In the billing section, you will find your new order invoice available and ready to be paid at your convenience. The invoice payments can be done upfront whenever you want. Paying upfront is useful when you want to continue to use the Buy Now, Pay Later method after your 3 campaigns and 1500 Euros limits are achieved.
4. Pay your invoice
Pay the invoice through your normal invoicing process. You can track invoice and payment status at any time from your billing dashboard. On the billing section find the Pay Now and you can resume your Buy Now, Pay later method by paying the outstanding orders.
Payment tracking and reminders
While your invoice is outstanding, you'll see:
The current status of each invoice in your billing dashboard
Automatic reminder emails as the due date approaches
A notice if a payment is overdue, which may affect your ability to purchase further campaigns on invoice
Limits and safeguards
To keep this option safe and sustainable, invoice purchases are subject to monthly spending limits and standard fraud checks.
