We guide you through setting up your Meta Business Account so you can use WhatsApp Business and manage communication through our platform.
Facebook account requirement
You need a personal Facebook account. Please use an existing account and do not create a new one solely for this purpose, as newly created accounts used directly for business setup are often flagged and restricted by Meta.
If you still need to create a new Facebook account, wait ideally 5–7 days before setting up the Business Account.
Start the setup
Start the setup process via the embedded link in WhatsApp Hiring and log in to Meta using your Facebook profile.
Company details
Make sure to enter all information completely and correctly: official company name, website without redirects, general email address (e.g. info@...), appropriate business category, and correct country.
WhatsApp connection
In the next step, you can directly connect your WhatsApp Business account and phone number.
Result
After completion, your Meta Business Account will be available. You can then verify your account, which comes with several benefits.
