How does CPA+ works?

  • Once CPA+ is purchased, a limited number of reviewed applicants (up to 20) may apply.

  • Applicants are prescreened via LinkedIn using AI-driven chat screening and live interviews with an AI agent.

  • After the process, a PDF dossier is delivered directly to Tellent Recruitee containing:

    • Candidate profile and scoring

How to Enable CPA+

Acquisition

  1. Navigate to the Acquisition section.

  2. Click Channels.

  3. Search for a campaign titled "VONQ CPA+ Powered by LinkedIn".

  4. Add the campaign to the basket and finalize the purchase.

Note: CPA+ cannot be purchased in conjunction with other campaigns; it must be purchased individually.

Under Jobs

  1. Navigate to the Jobs section.

  2. Click the title of the job you want to promote.

  3. Open the Promote tab.

  4. Look for the Ads option, click Manage campaigns, and then + Create campaign.

  5. Search for a campaign titled "VONQ CPA+ Powered by LinkedIn".

  6. Click Purchase to initiate the campaign.

  1. Customers purchase the job ad through the Acquisition module or Job > promote and select CPA+ campaign.

  2. The job is advertised on LinkedIn

  3. VONQ’s AI Agent automatically screens and interviews applicants via conversational AI.

  4. Receive a candidate dossier with rankings, interview responses, and key data on the candidate file in PDF format.

  5. Once 20 applicants have completed the process, your campaign ends.

What does it cost?

CPA+ costs a flat fee of 460 per campaign, which includes 20 completed applicants. If fewer than 20 applicants are delivered, you only pay for what you receive (23 per applicant delivered). You will not be charged if no applicants complete the process.
