Go-live checklist for WhatsApp Hiring (formerly FunnelBridge)

Before you get started, check that you have everything below prepared. Setup takes around 15 minutes.

📌 During your trial, you can use one of our test numbers. In that case, steps 3–6 aren’t required.

✅ Administrator access in Recruitee
To complete the setup, you need to have an administrator role in your Tellent Recruitee account.

✅ Privacy policy URL
You’ll need the URL of your company’s privacy policy page.
​
✅ Phone number for WhatsApp
You need a mobile or landline number not yet associated with WhatsApp (no one-time numbers).

✅ Facebook account
You’ll need a personal Facebook account to set up Meta Business. If you’re using an existing Meta Business account, make sure your Facebook account has full control.

✅ Credit card
For your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta, you’ll need a valid credit card and permission to verify the card online.

✅ Company logo (Optional)
You can upload your company logo as a JPEG file to use as your WhatsApp profile picture.
