When you connect Recruitee to your company’s Microsoft (Outlook / Exchange) or Google Calendar, you’ll be able to automatically (two-way) sync events that you schedule in Recruitee to your personal or your team's shared Calendar.

Keep in mind:

  • Team Calendar events are not used in the Event scheduler.

  • It's not possible to change the type of calendar once it's synced. To switch to another calendar type - disconnect & sync again.

  • Team members with 'manage company' permissions can add and delete any Team Calendars.

Sync your calendar

1. Go to Settings > My account > Profile.

2. Click the Calendar tab.

3. Click + Sync calendar.

Syncing Google Calendar

Note:

  • This is a two-way sync. That means all events scheduled in Recruitee will appear in your Google Calendar and all events scheduled in your Google Calendar will appear in your Recruitee Calendar.

  • Event participants added via Recruitee will also be added to the synced Google calendar event as guests. Thus, the event will also appear in their Google calendar regardless of whether it is synchronized or not. Event participation can only be managed in the Recruitee calendar.

1. Select Google (Calendar).

2. Choose the Google account that has the Google Calendar you want to sync.

3. Click Allow.

4. Select the type of calendar for which you want to set up a two-way sync with your Recruitee Calendar.

You can choose to sync either your personal calendar or your shared team calendar - if your team wants to sync all events between Recruitee and their calendar platform.

5. Un-check the box Show only free/busy (hide details) if you want the events' times and titles in the synced Google Calendar to be visible to your Recruitee team members.
