First, you need to invite your team members to Recruitee.

Assign team members to candidates

1. Go to a candidate profile > Click the "+" icon in the top right corner.

2. Select the team member(s) who should follow the candidate.

3. Click "Save".

NOTE: Team members who follow a candidate will receive notifications of all activities relating to that candidate.

You can also automate assigning team members to follow candidates within a job. With automated actions, you can set a trigger for when you move candidates to a new stage, or disqualify them, that automatically assigns selected team members to follow the candidates you've moved. Check out the following articles in which we explain how to setup automated actions for your pipeline and disqualify reasons.

Assign team members to jobs

1. Go to a job > Click the "+" button in the top right corner.

2. Select the team member(s) who should follow this job.

3. Click "Save".

NOTE: Team members who follow a job can:

  • Gain access to the job's data.
  • Receive notifications of all activities relating to the job.

Assign team members to talent pools

  1. Go to a talent pool > Click the "+" button in the top right corner.

2. Select the team member(s) who should follow this talent pool.

3. Click "Save".

NOTE: Team members who follow a talent pool can:

  • Gain access to the talent pool's data.
  • Receive notifications of all activities relating to the talent pool.

Assign team members to tasks

  1. When you create a task, click the "+" icon.

2. Select the team member(s) you want to assign to this task.

3. Click "Save".

NOTE: The team members you assign to a task will receive a notification about it if they opted for that in their notification settings.
