Introducing Anonymous Candidates: Objective hiring starts here
Introducing Anonymous Candidates: Objective hiring starts here
Updated over a week ago

Hiring the best talent is everyone’s goal, but achieving true objectivity in recruitment can be challenging. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our latest feature:

Anonymous Candidates (available on the Optimize plan)

With Anonymous Candidates, you can now create a more objective hiring process by removing potentially biasing information—such as a candidate’s name, gender, or nationality—from the pipeline view. This means your team can assess CVs based solely on skills and experience, giving each candidate a fair shot from the very start. Read our help center article to find out more.

Why anonymous candidates?

In recruitment, even small, often unconscious biases can shape hiring decisions. Details that don’t relate to a candidate’s qualifications or potential can still sway our perception. With Anonymous Candidates, we’re providing you with an automated, set-it-and-forget-it solution. When activated, it hides non-essential details during the early pipeline stages, allowing you to focus purely on qualifications.

Our goals & your benefits

  1. Eliminate early-stage bias – By hiding personal details, you can stay objective in the critical first stages of the hiring process.

  2. Streamline objectivity – You can enable Anonymous candidates in a job’s pipeline or when editing a specific pipeline template, keeping your workflow efficient and consistent across hiring processes.

  3. Raise awareness on bias – While we can’t eliminate all bias, we hope this feature fosters awareness about unconscious biases, helping you and your team make even more conscious hiring decisions.

We believe Anonymous Candidates will empower your team to make fairer, more skill-focused decisions. Try it out and see the impact of a more objective approach to hiring!
