Adding candidates

There are five ways to add candidates to Recruitee.

1. Import candidates via your Job's Recruitee email address:

When you create a Job in Recruitee, you also got a mailbox for that Job. If candidates and/or your colleagues send a CV to the Job's mailbox, Recruitee will automatically parse it into a candidate's profile and put it in the Job's hiring pipeline.

You can see a Job's mailbox by going to that Job's pipeline > Click the "Add candidates" button on the top right corner > The Job's mailbox is in the box under "Import candidates by sending CV's to..."

Note: Attach one CV in PDF format per email. If forwarded CVs are not parsed, you can manually convert those emails into candidate profiles from the Non-Candidates folder. You can read about it here.

2. Source candidates via Recruitee's Sourcing Extension:

3. Import candidates using the CSV Importer:

4. Manually add candidates to a Job or a Talent Pool:

In "Jobs" > Select the Job where you want to add candidates > Click the "Add candidates" button on the top right.

Click the "Add manually" button > Fill out all the information > Click "Add" when you are finished.

In "Talent Pools" > Select the Talent Pool where you want to add candidates > Click on the "Add candidates" button on the top right.

Click the "Add manually" button > Fill out all the information > Click "Add" when you finish.

5. Manually bulk upload CVs to a Job or a Talent Pool:

Click the "+" button in your top menu > Select "CVs upload."

Choose at least one Job/Talent Pool where you want to upload candidates. You can change this later in the next steps. Click "Go to uploader" when you finish.

Select "Upload files" or "Upload a folder" > Choose the CVs you want to upload.

All uploaded files are parsed on the left. You can click on each of them to check the parsed information. You can also edit all the parsed information, from changing the candidate's name and their email address to assigning them to Job(s)/Talent Pool(s). The original CV is displayed on the right for easy reference.

When you finish  checking/editing, click "Add all candidates" to add all of them to Recruitee.

In "Jobs," select the Job where you want to add candidates > Click on the "Add candidates" button on the top right corner.

Click the "Upload CVs / Resumes" button. We accept Word, PDF, and ODT files. Use CTRL or SHIFT to select multiple files.

Select "Upload files" or "Upload a folder." Choose the CVs you want to upload.

All uploaded files are parsed on the left. You can click on each of them to check the parsed information. You can edit all the parsed information, from changing the candidate's name, their email address, to assigning them to Job(s)/Talent Pool(s). The original CV is displayed on the right for easy referencing.

When you finish with checking/editing, click "Add all candidates" to add all of them to Recruitee.

In "Talent Pools" > Select the Talent Pool where you want to add candidates > Click on the "Add candidates" button on the top right.
