The Pipeline insights dashboard provides insights into current and historical pipeline data.
Note: This dashboard shows data about the stage types of your pipeline. To gain insight into individual stages in your pipelines, you can create custom dashboards.
The Current pipeline breakdown report shows how many candidates are currently in each stage type.
The Detailed pipeline breakdown shows how many candidates are currently in each stage type of each job.
Under Proceed rate per stage type, you can see the number of candidates that have entered a certain stage type and those that have left it.
Time spent in stage type shows you the average time a candidate spends in each stage type, calculated from when they enter until they leave it.
Under Time to reach stage type, you can see the average time it takes a candidate to enter each stage type from the moment they apply.
Filter the reports on the dashboard based on a time frame, by selecting Select date.
To filter the dashboard by Department, Job, Role, Talent pool, or Team member, select Add filter.
Note:
If you apply a filter to an entire dashboard, the individual reports on the dashboard will have the pre-existing filters of the same kind overridden and the selected filter applied.
Some individual reports may not apply certain filters as not every metric supports every filter.
Highlight certain numbers in your reports by hovering over them with your mouse.
Click on the highlighted number to access a table of the data that this number is derived from.
Adjust the columns in the table by clicking the icon on the right.
