Using tasks

Create and manage tasks for you and your team members

Use tasks to stay on top of your to-do list. There are two ways to create new tasks:

In the dashboard

1. Go to Dashboard > Tasks and click the text field.

2. Name the task and set a due date and time. Click + to assign the task to additional team members.

3. Click Add; the task is now visible in your to-do list.

In the candidate profile

1. Go to a candidate profile. Under Tasks, click the text field.

2. Name the task and set a due date and time. Click + to assign the task to additional team members.

3. Click Add; the task is now visible under Tasks in the candidate profile.

Managing tasks

When you finish a task, check the box and the status of the task changes to done. You can view your completed tasks under Dashboard > Tasks under Done.

You can also view and filter the tasks of team members under Dashboard > Tasks by clicking My tasks.

Editing tasks

Click on a task to edit it.

You can:

  • Mark the task as done

  • Rename the task

  • Change the candidate

  • Assign team members

  • Change the due date & time

  • Add a note about the task

  • Delete the task

Notifications

Enable notifications about due or overdue tasks in the Notification settings to receive a daily reminder in which you are notified about the tasks that are due that day and/or are overdue.
