When you sign up for Recruitee, you get a personal email address and a shared Mailbox in Recruitee.

This is your default option for emailing candidates.

  • Candidates will see your Recruitee email address when you send emails from Recruitee.
  • The emails between you and candidates are stored in Recruitee Mailbox. 
  • All emails in Mailbox are visible to your team members whose hiring roles allow "View section" in "Mailbox". If you want to keep certain emails private, read more here.

Check your Recruitee email address

1. Click "Settings" on the left menu.

2. Under "My account", click "Profile".

3. Click the "Email Settings" tab.

4. Under the "Email provider" section, your Recruitee email address is in your "Recruitee email" tab.

Change your Recruitee email address

1. Click "Settings" on the left menu.

2. Under "My account", click "Profile".

3. Click the "Email Settings" tab.

4. Under the "Email provider" section, click the "Edit" button in the "Recruitee email" tab.

5. Type your new email address.

4. Click "Update".

NOTE: If candidates send emails to your old Recruitee email address, those emails will be forwarded to your new Recruitee email address automatically.

Try this now in your Recruitee account! Make sure you are logged in to keep all your changes saved.
