Assign a candidate to Jobs/Talent Pools

1. Go to a candidate profile.

2. Click the "+ Assign" button below the Jobs/Talent Pools they're already in, or below the star rating if they're not in any Jobs/Talent Pools.

3. Select the Job(s)/Talent Pool(s) you want to assign the candidate to.

4. Click "Save".

5. Each Job the candidate is in will have a colored dot on its left side, indicating the Job's status.

Each Talent Pool the candidate is in will have a Talent Pool icon on its left side.

6. Each Job the candidate is in has a "→" button, indicating how far the candidate is in that Job's pipeline.

Click the "→" button of a Job to move the candidate to a stage in that Job's pipeline.

Bulk assign candidates to Jobs/Talent Pools

1. Select the candidates you want to assign to Job(s)/Talent Pool(s).

2. Click the "+ Assign" button in the Bulk Actions menu.

3. Select the Job(s)/Talent Pool(s) you want to assign the candidates to.

4. Click "Save".

Remove a candidate from a Job/Talent Pool

1. Go to a candidate profile.

2. Click the down-arrow icon of the Job/Talent Pool you want to remove the candidate from.

3. Click "Remove from Job" or "Remove from Talent Pool".

Delete a candidate

1. Go to a candidate profile.

2. Click the "More" button in the top right corner.

3. Select "Delete candidate".

4. Confirm your action.

NOTE: When you delete a candidate, you permanently delete all data about that candidate in Recruitee. This action CANNOT be undone. The deleted candidate CANNOT be restored.

Bulk delete candidates

1. Select the candidates you want to delete.

2. Click the "Delete" button in the Bulk Actions menu.

3. Confirm your action.

NOTE: When you delete a candidate, you permanently delete all data about that candidate in Recruitee. This action CANNOT be undone. The deleted candidate CANNOT be restored.
